SCOPE
A full renovation of an established Marrickville home involving both structural alterations and a complete interior fit-out. The works covered new timber flooring throughout the dwelling, a full rebuild of every bathroom, polished concrete flooring to high-traffic areas, a new timber deck with custom balustrades, a newly constructed external staircase, and complete landscaping to the surrounding grounds.
DELIVERY
Urban Built executed the project end-to-end, from structural works through to final finish. The bathrooms were stripped back and rebuilt with contemporary fixtures and high-end finishes, specified to balance premium quality with the demands of family living. Timber flooring was laid throughout the interior to create a consistent natural finish across the home. Externally, the team constructed a new timber deck, fabricated and installed custom balustrades, and built a new staircase to extend the home's usable living footprint.
